This property is really well situated, has loads of character and more than enough room for a couple or small family to live in comfortably together without feeling as if they are tripping over one another. When I bought it I could see how it would benefit the lifestyle of a young professional like myself because it is close to everything really, but not right in the middle of town.

Because of the bay window there is loads of natural light year round which is pretty nice. The flat is quiet too, being on the second floor you do not have people living above you making noise moving furniture etc.

Loughton itself is a great place to live with lots to do in your leisure time.
