Well-proportioned throughout the two double bedrooms will provide plenty of room for you and your family to relax in privacy for a quiet read. There is also plenty of room for all your bedroom furniture, so you can conveniently stow away your personal belongings. If that sounds good, the rest of the flat is just as attractive.

Whatever the occasion, whether watching a film on the television, or entertaining friends the bright and airy lounge-diner, which benefits from large windows on two sides, will provide a great place to gather together.
Living in Rectory Court means convenient living! The Central Line will take you into Liverpool Street in approximately 40 minutes; however you are still close to all things local as well. If you enjoy the great outdoors, you may visit the various green spaces of Loughton and Debden, or the paths of Epping Forest. You will also find a great selection of shops and restaurants in Loughton High Road, so whether you are looking for a coffee and a croissant or you need to do your weekly shop there is never far to go.

What the Owner says:
This property is really well situated, has loads of character and more than enough room for a couple or small family to live in comfortably together without feeling as if they are tripping over one another. When I bought it I could see how it would benefit the lifestyle of a young professional like myself because it is close to everything really, but not right in the middle of town.
Because of the bay window there is loads of natural light year round which is pretty nice. The flat is quiet too, being on the second floor you do not have people living above you making noise moving furniture etc.
Loughton itself is a great place to live with lots to do in your leisure time.
